New Annual Reporting challenges!

Jérôme Dutrieux,an executive coach, outlined the issues at stake for companies’ mission and purpose, in light of the recent findings of the Notat-Sénard report.

The participants at the event (major corporations, associations, communities) learned the benefits of the corporate search for meaning in order to maintain virtuous growth.

Elodie Kretz et Franck Chimot,co-founders of So Different, presented their benchmark study of Annual Reporting trends.

Finally, ComNext gave a 20 minute presentation on how companies can face new challenges in terms of design and distribution of print and digital media.

ComNext edits Mercer’s landmark study

Mercer is a global consulting leader in human resources, health insurance, retirement and investments. A client for over 4 years, Mercer France has once again entrusted ComNext to produce its annual study on Directors’ Remuneration in companies listed on the SBF120.

Divided into 3 reports, this study, the 2015 edition of which was also produced by the Agency, is marketed to the general management and human resources departments of large corporations.

RCI Banque renews with ComNext for its 2014 Annual Report

A wholly-owned subsidiary of Renault SA, RCI Banque supports the strategic development of sales of the Renault-Nissan Alliance brands.  After a first successful collaboration, the agreement with ComNext was renewed for the creation of the entire 2014 financial communications tool including the annual report (French and English) and half-yearly statements.

ComNext will produce the new activity report for Heurtey Petrochem Group

The new activity report for 2013 by Groupe Heurtey Petrochem is here. ComNext designed the style guide, combining the rigours of financial information with added value in the texts and photographs showing the Group’s dynamic growth and current success. Heurtey Petrochem fulfils its industrial and economic ambition by placing great value on its communication in both form and content. ComNext assists the company at its own pace, so that each subsidiary can take up this change smoothly and gently, with the aim of beneficial cohesion.

RCI Banque chooses ComNext for its 2013 annual report

A fully owned subsidiary of Renault SA, RCI Banque assists the strategic development of sales for the brands in the Renault-Nissan Alliance. RCI Banque helps to conquer and keep customers of the Alliance brands by providing a range of financing solutions and related services. After some competition, ComNext was selected to assist our new client in creating the entire financial communication plan for 2013: annual report (in French and English) and half-yearly reports.

ComNext for Damart

This new report falls within an on-going graphic charter that chiefly aims to make Damart’s activities and performance results in France and abroad easier to read and clearer to understand. This Annual Report is published in French and English and is available in an on-paper version and as an e-print.

Damartex assigned us with the job of producing its 2007-2008 Annual Report. The main objective was to provide a document that made the activities and performance of Damart in France both easier to read and to understand. ComNext’s solution echoed the brand’s innovative approach and technical capacity. The company’s Annual Report is published in French and English with on-paper and e-print versions.
