COMNEXT SUPPORTS THALES IN DIGITALISING ITS SALES FORCES

As part of a strategy to digitalise its sales teams, various divisions of Thales have asked ComNext to support them in optimising customer appointments. Based on the solution of its partner, Touch&Sell, the applications created can be viewed both on and offline, customised and used to access all document types (pdf, ppt, video, HTML5, etc.). This has enhanced the group’s image and improved the efficiency of the sales teams.

 

Bernard Controls: video 3.0 with ComNext

Bernard Controls, the International Group for actuator solutions, now has a corporate video reaffirming its command of the latest technologies and service science.  In full 3D, the Agency has illustrated the diversity and practicality of their solutions, their global and multi-sectoral presence and their leading role in the standardisation of this industry. This first video was needed to strengthen their basics. From this communication base, the Agency will build the future.

A new Sage quiz created by ComNext

Sage’s Mid-Market team renewed its contract with ComNext by asking it to create the Sage FRP 1000 version 7 Quiz.  During the four stages of the Sage FRP 1000 version 7 Tour de France, the knowledge of the Sage partners participating in the event was tested using this new digital Quiz.  The Agency was responsible for producing the responsive web design, and developing the quiz and the back office allowing the random draw and the rules of the game.

The App Lab, which developed the tool, works in partnership with ComNext, to offer total customization: corporate style guide, made-to-measure organization and initial data loading.

For an average cost that is 70% lower than that of a native application, the company gets a tool that is totally in line with its image, and that makes the sales and marketing processes much easier. User-friendly and handy, it removes all the technical hitches that employees often encounter when visiting customers.

To update documents, a simple wireless Internet connection is required. The application can also be used offline for customer presentations. In France all the data are stored on an ultra-secure server to ensure the information remains confidential. If the tablet is lost or stolen, the data can be deleted from it remotely.

ComNext designs the Bernard Controls web app

Bernard Controls is a leading international group of French origin that designs and produces servomotors used to control sluice gates. As leaders they are obliged to be innovative at all levels, including in marketing.
ComNext suggested using a web app for a new take on the search process for servomotors which had until now been fairly complex, even for enlightened sales engineers. We came up with the GPS Actuator application that provides users with a safe and expert aid giving a step-by-step guide to finding just the right solution. Combined with a paper document, which is in fact a simple user guide for the application, Bernard Controls has revolutionised assistance in decision making, while conveying the powerful image of an innovative group that rightly deserves its partner status.
